At Renegade Hoof Boots, we want to ensure the perfect fit for your horse's performance and comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your boots within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure the hoof boots are clean and free of debris; items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
